Outstanding customer service. My multiple questions and concerns (this was my first online classical guitar purchase) were all addressed in a timely fashion by a friendly and knowledgable professional. The salesperson, Manuel even went to the extra effort to contact the luthier directly in order to answer one of questions I had about the guitar. The number of images as well as the image quality of the photos of the guitars is superior to the other online classical guitar stores that I looked at.
