Rinaldo Vacca, a renowned guitar maker, was born in the small town of Cabras in the province of Oristano, located in the beautiful island of Sardinia, Italy, in 1960. His journey into the world of crafting stringed instruments began in the 1980s, fueled by his deep-rooted passion for music and the guitar. Rinaldo’s initial foray into instrument making was sparked by his childhood friend, Sandro Vargiu, with whom he often enjoyed playing the guitar. Sandro’s encouragement and shared love for music inspired Rinaldo to delve into the art of building guitars. Although his early attempts proved discouraging, Rinaldo’s passion only intensified, driving him to explore new sounds through the medium of wood. With a self-taught approach, Rinaldo embarked on a quest to create his own guitars. At first, he drew inspiration from the traditional Spanish guitar model. However, driven by a desire for innovation and personal expression, the Sardinian guitar maker eventually decided to experiment with a unique method of construction and assembly. This new method allowed Rinaldo to meticulously oversee each phase of guitar production, resulting in a consistently high standard of quality. He recognized the invaluable role that musicians played in his craft, considering them his greatest allies. Through their expertise and experience, musicians were able to identify the nuances and intricacies of the instruments, helping Rinaldo refine his techniques and achieve superior craftsmanship. About the guitar

This brand-new guitar by Rinaldo Vacca, a globally recognized master luthier, showcases an impressive blend of modern innovation and classical tradition. Built with a lattice bracing system reinforced with a carbon fiber layer, this design delivers tremendous volume and a pure, focused tone.

The guitar features a torrefied cedar soundboard, which adds warmth, responsiveness, and tonal maturity, paired with Indian rosewood back and sides that are internally reinforced with Spanish cypress, which hugely contributes to the excellent projection of the guitar.

Visually stunning, this guitar is also highly playable, thanks to its comfortable 64 cm scale length, which can be a blessing for guitarist with smaller fingers.
