Description
This classical guitar was built by the Dutch guitar maker Alex van der Horst who built guitars under the pseudonym “Alejandro” in Malaga, Spain. Alejandro was building very light and responsive instruments with a traditional fan bracing. His instruments are generally small bodied with an immediate answer and great projection. His instruments are really made for sound lovers and great guitarists such as Marco Socias regularly play concerts on his guitars.
This beautiful guitar was built in 1987 and is in extraordinary good condition. It is in pristine condition and wears only a few superficial marks of playing. It is a fine and sober instrument with a very feminine plantilla. Several details such as the heel, the rosette and the choice of tone woods show very refined aesthetic taste. This guitar is a real pleasure to play and is perfectly set up, so the articulation of musical phrases comes out clear and transparent. It is a very balanced instrument, with a real soul and a strong personality. The tuning machines are made by Fustero. A hard-shell case is included.
