Antonius Müller was born in 1960 in Taunus, Germany. In 1976 he started to work at the workshop of Dieter Hopf where he was taught by Dragan Musulin. After his military service he started again at the workshop of Dieter Hopf where he met Franz Ulrich Albert. In 1984 both started their own workshop together under the label „Albert &Müller“. Today his guitars are very requested – the waiting list from the maker directly is now twelve years. Antonius Müller made this double-top guitar in 2011. The top is made of Canadian cedar, back and sides are made of Indian rosewood. The body of the guitar is lacquer finished while the top has a french-polished finish. The sound can be described as very strong but at the same time it is surprisingly colourful and has a lot of sustain. The balance between bass, middle and treble is excellent. There are minimal signs on the top but nothing serious. The tuners are made by Gotoh. A hard-shell case is included.
