Description
A cutaway classical guitar developed on the basis of the Model 50s for easy fingering and improved playability in high ranges. The Florentine cutaway makes playing in the high ranges comfortable. The rib height has been slightly reduced. Back and ribs made from high-quality east Indian rosewood, the soundboard from cedar wood. The BasisCut PC convinces with its good attack. This means it responds well to almost any type of playing.
Made from solid tonewoods, this guitar comes with high-quality Teflon-mounted ‘Rubner Gold Tuning Machines’ and bushed holes. Quality features include the cedro neck that has been laminated throughout with ebony, the ebony fretboard, and a bridge saddle made from hard bone material. The open-pore finish with PUR matt varnish produces a surface that is relatively insensitive to dirt and signs of wear and helps the instrument develop a particularly open and free sound.
