Description
Danilo Bazzana is an Italian luthier based near Milan. His guitars are very precisely built, as always in the Italian lutherie tradition, and show great marquetry skills. This instrument has a first-grade spruce top, ornamented with a delicate rosette and dark purflings that produce a tasteful contrast. Danilo chose a 12-hole bridge for this guitar. Moreover, the bracing is quite traditional.
As usual with Danilo’s guitars, this is a gorgeous looking and sounding instrument. It is built with a remarkable Madagascar rosewood for back and sides, and a beautiful flamed cedar neck. The playability is absolutely great and this Bazzana has also plenty of sustain, accurate balance and ideal volume making it a perfect concert instrument. The clear crystalline tone gives an added projection to its sound and great definition in polyphony. All repertoires can be approached and mastered with this instrument.
