Description
Dominique Field is simply one of the best makers in the world today. He is internationally recognized as one of the best guitar makers world-wide. The demand for his traditional built instruments is so extreme that his enormous wait-list of 15 years was finally closed in August of 2006. Field´s guitars are played by some of the world’s leading concert artists. So as you can imagine his instruments are really hard to find. This instrument, built in 1990, has the typical Field headstock. The top, made of European spruce, has a very fine quality and a beautiful detailed rosette. Back and sides are made of well seasoned Indian rosewood. The guitar has still the well working original Sloane tuners. The guitar has the original French polish finish. There are some marks on the top and the back but nothing serious. The guitar had a crack at the heel but it was repaired perfectly.
