Description
Falko Römmich was born in Stuttgart in 1985. He started his apprenticeship as a guitar maker in the workshop of his father, the established German guitar maker Karl-Heinz Römmich, in 2005. At the same time, he attended the violin-making school in Mittenwald, where he graduated in 2008. Two years later, he started to work alongside his father and, since then, has been building first quality concert guitars in the traditional Spanish tradition.
This 2022 Falko Römmich guitar comes straight from the Römmich workshop. It is a beautiful instrument that follows his father’s construction method and philosophy of sound. This fine guitar has a cedar soundboard that offers a warm tone and fantastic responsiveness. Combined with a dark chocolate-colored Indian rosewood set, this instrument has an elegant look. As a former watchmaker, Falko has excellent attention to detail, a quality that is evident in this magnificent guitar.
