Description
Felipe Conde Crespo is the heir of the tradition of Spanish lutherie founded in 1915 by Domingo Esteso and developed by the Conde brothers. This luthier from Madrid, Spain, works alongside his father and sister in the family workshop and shows a real desire to combine the modern guitar with the long-established Spanish heritage. He expresses this idea with his new model of cedar lattice guitar, showing all the aesthetic and artisanal qualities of the great Conde guitars and adding a real dynamic and liveliness to the sound.
The mesmerizing green ebony back and sides have outstanding marbled reflections. This wood is worked in finesse and the guitar is relatively light. It has a very sophisticated, warm and singing sound. Both the playability and setup are perfect so it can be played in concert immediately. The timbre is mature and enchanting, very open with a Spanish colour of its own. In addition of being a magnificent instrument, it is a passionate and expressive guitar.
