Description
Francisco Barba was born in Sevilla in 1939. In the early 1960s he started working as a carpenter with his father. After that time, he decided to become a luthier.
He builds flamenco guitars that have an extraordinary, amazing tone with beautiful basses and singing trebles. Today he is considered as one of the best living flamenco guitar builders.
The playability of this 2012 Barba guitar is a dream and the sound is characterized by strong and deep basses and lyrical trebles. Only the best woods were used for this guitar – spruce for the top and cypress for back and sides. It is all French-polished. A Hiscox Pro II case is included.
