Description
This Fritz Ober guitar was made in 2007. The design reminds very much of Antonio de Torres. The soundboard is made of bearclaw European spruce and for back and sides was used a beautiful and strong flamed maple wood. The back is decordated with a wide centre strip of snakewood – made of snakewood are also the headplate and the binding.
The sound has a lot of character – the basses are warm and have very much depth. The trebles are clear, lyrical and projecting. The guitar has a beautiful French-polish finish. The tuners with engraved side-plates are made by Rodgers. A Hiscox Pro II case is included.
