Description
As the son of a toymaker, Jake Fuller learned his craft skills in his father’s workshop. When he started playing classical guitar at the age of 16, he had the idea to combine his two interests, playing the guitar and working with wood. After graduating from London Guildhall University with a degree in musical instrument technology, he opened his own workshop. There he concentrated especially on the production of light Spanish Torres guitars.
This lovely guitar, number 118, comes directly from Jake’s workshop. It is by far the lightest guitar we have received from him so far and a great joy to play. It is very responsive with explosive, rich trebles and provides a huge variety of options for any guitarist looking for a lightweight Torres-style guitar. Moreover, the maple back and sides give this instrument an extra touch of elegance and authenticity, making it a very particular piece in its category.
