Description
This beautiful flamenco guitar from 2012 is in excellent condition and only superficial marks of playing are visible on the top. The back is made of beautiful Amazonian rosewood, with wonderful colour contrasts on the sides. The top has developed an attractive honey-coloured complexion over the years and the transversal grain of the wood is clearly visible, which is proof of a perfect quarter cut. The floral patterns of the rosette on a pale background give the guitar’s aesthetics a very Spanish accent and show the pronounced precision of Karel’s work.
This guitar is powerful, responsive and extremely pleasing to play, especially for the left hand. The string action is pleasantly low and the sound is very clean, which makes this guitar suitable for both classical and flamenco playing. The timbre of the instrument is very rich and full of subtleties. It is an excellent guitar for a musician who plays classical and flamenco guitar and is looking for a versatile instrument.
