Description
Russian guitar maker Mijail Kharash has had a very interesting path. From Leningrad, where he was born, to Israel after the collapse of the USSR, finally settling in Spain, where he learned the wonderful craft of guitar making. Through contact with John Ray, José Vigil, and more, he developed masterful skills in the art of woodworking and immersed himself in the intricacies of the Spanish handmade guitar tradition. Recently, Mijail’s dedication was rewarded with second prize in the Antonio Marin Montero guitar-making competition.
This beautiful left-hand guitar from 2022 has a spruce soundboard and straight grain Indian rosewood back and sides. The ornamentations on this guitar are well thought out and were built tastefully.
