Description
Per Hallgren is established in Sweden since more than 25 years and progressively became one of the leading Scandinavian classical guitar luthiers. He builds both traditional and double top guitars with a great consistency in the delicacy of their sound and very high level of craftmanship.
This instrument was built in 2002 and is in great condition with just two small cracks, one on the top and one on the side, which are very well repaired and almost invisible. It is a traditional guitar with a fairly thin spruce top with a “Bouchet Bar” under the bridge. The top took a fantastic pigmentation over the past years and the sound had the time to mature as well. Deep ample basses are supporting the brilliant singing treble showing the magic of a fully open and mature guitar.
