Description
Rafal Turkowiak was born in Golanice near Leszno, Poland, on 9 January 1966. His father, a carpenter, and grandfather, a wheelwright, had great influence on him in the field of carpentry and wood technology. Twenty years of guitar-making and experimenting with a very scientific and modern approach brought him to develop construction concepts improving the resonance of the guitar: the “WAVE” structure.
This guitar was built in 2010 and is in excellent condition. It has a spruce top and Granadillo back and sides. It is therefore a Cites-free guitar. This instrument is very easy and comfortable to play: the waxed maple neck makes left hand motion easy and smooth, the access to the trebles is improved by an elevated fingerboard and an arm-rest rounds the top-side edge. The guitar has a huge volume and an incredible sustain. A hard-shell case is included.
