Description
Stanislaw Partyka is not only an accomplished guitar maker, but also a talented classical guitarist who studied at the Department of Instrumental Music at the Fryderyk Chopin Conservatory. He has been building guitars in his workshop in Poland since 2005. Partyka is inspired by the Australian guitar building tradition. The backs of his guitars are arched, creating a rigid structure that makes the top vibrate easily.
What a beautiful and dynamic spruce double-top guitar! The tone is powerful with a deep fundamental core, yet clear and full-bodied. The sweetly singing trebles combined with strong and energetic basses are very inspiring when playing this instrument. The many different shades of colour and the playful grain of the back combined with the splendid spruce top make the aesthetics of this guitar quite stunning. Since this instrument responds very well, it is a dream to play on it. It reacts to the lightest touch, and even more so when you dig into it.
