Description
Wolfgang Jellinghaus has been building guitars since the age of fourteen. He was born in 1951 in Dortmund, Germany, the son of a guitar maker, where he grew up with guitars at an early age. Over the years he developed a great passion and expertise for this instrument. Wolfgang Jellinghaus has been living and working in China for several years, where he builds handmade guitars of astonishing quality in a small manufactory.
This beautiful guitar is a replica of guitar number 43, which the great master Antonio de Torres built in 1883. It was built in Antonio de Torres’ second era, also called Segunda epoca, and is a specially decorated instrument with a back made of stunning flamed maple. As always, a great deal of effort was put into building a faithful first quality copy in Wolfgang Jellinghaus’ workshop, and the result is simply magnificent.
The photos of this guitar are general product images that may differ from the actual instrument.
