Only selected woods and materials are used for Duke Guitars by LaCorda, a subsidiary company of the famous German guitar workshop. The wood used for building the Meister F models for example comes from alpine spruces in Switzerland. Back and sides are made of solid Indian Rosewood. The neck is made of Cedro and is reinforced with Indian rosewood. The tuning machines heads are R2E by Rubner. The guitar has a refined a high gloss finish. The Duke Meister F not only is best value for money for a solid wood guitar, but has also got a brilliant and balanced tone, good projection and easy playability.
