Description
José González López was born in Órgiva (Granada) in 1961. It is at the age of 28, and after having gathered diverse experiences, that José started his guitar-making apprenticeship in Antonio Marin Montero and José Marin Plazuelo’s workshop. Having finished his apprenticeship, he opened his own workshop in “Cuesta del Caldero”, Granada, and focussed on building traditional high-quality flamenco guitars. In 2016, José González López has launched his new flamenco guitar model, introducing new little structural modifications, allowing to achieve a breakthrough regarding acoustics and volume. The German spruce top has a straight veining, uniform and really strong through the entire surface. Back and side are made of the highest quality Spanish cypress. Its sound is perfect, brilliantly combining volume and richness. The basses are as powerful as deep, combining smartly with the clear and bright trebles to obtain a perfect balance in every single note throughout the fingerboard. A hard-shell case is included. This guitar is Cites-free (CF).
