Description
Mirko Migliorini and Roberto Pozzi are two Italian luthiers who graduated from the “Civica Scuola di Liuteria di Milano”, the renowned lutherie school in Milan. These two luthiers opened a common workshop in 2002 with the aim of producing a series of instruments of the highest quality. The duo therefore produced a maximum of 15 guitars per year, all of which show particular attention and flawless workmanship.
This superb guitar built in 2005 is all about finesse and elegance. Its very light and traditional maple construction gives it a special charm. In addition, it has a sober but extremely elegant rosette with a two-tone fillet construction, and a pleasant highlight in the form of a green fillet that enhances the overall colour of the marquetry and catches the eye immediately. This guitar is in perfect playing condition and three perfectly repaired cracks are visible on the soundboard. Of course, the price of this guitar takes this into account and it is therefore a unique opportunity to obtain an instrument of such quality for a sensible price.
The playability of this guitar is impressive, and the generosity of its sound is an invitation to romanticism. It has a flattering spontaneity and power, as well as a colourful, rich and complex timbre.
