Description
Established in Lorient, France, François Leonard has been building classical guitars for over 18 years. He had the chance to learn from many guitar makers in England and worked at the Lakewood workshop in Germany. Great Masters such as Daniel Friederich and Dominique field have taught him the aesthetic and structural aspect of the French tradition of guitar building. François’ ambition is to build balanced guitars with a great “harmonic presence”.
This new guitar was brought personally by Francois Leonard to our shop. It is the first cedar top that we receive from him and it is yet another astonishing instrument. The response is impressive as well as the volume and the warm rich timbre. It is also very comfortable to play for both the left and right hands. Such a dynamic instrument is a real source of inspiration for a guitarist.
