Siccas Luthiers is a brand established by brothers Mirco and Manuel Sicca, shaped by their lifelong dedication to the classical guitar. Inspired by their late father Mario Sicca, a distinguished soloist, professor at the Stuttgart Musikhochschule, and passionate luthier, their vision continues a family legacy rooted in deep musical and artisanal commitment. Drawing from their experience with Siccas Guitars, one of the world’s foremost dealers of fine hand-made instruments, the brothers created Siccas Luthiers to offer guitars that reflect the same high standards of tone, craftsmanship, and aesthetic quality. The designs are developed in-house, informed by the insights of a close-knit team of luthiers and professional guitarists.
About the guitar
The Siccas Luthiers Legacy Doubletop represents a contemporary German approach to the double top concept. This cedar top version is voiced with a clear focus on warmth, depth, and tonal balance. The sound is characterised by a dark and rounded core, combined with a remarkable richness that remains stable even under less than ideal right hand conditions. The trebles stand out for their sweetness and singing quality, offering a lyrical and refined response with immediate articulation across all dynamic levels.
With its 64cm string length, the instrument provides a notably comfortable playing experience without restricting musical scope. It is not limited to players with smaller hands, but equally suited to advanced performers who require freedom in demanding repertoire with extended stretches. Your guitar can safely stay outside its case, as long as the surrounding environment maintains 42–55% humidity and a temperature between 18–25°C.
Keep in mind that humidity levels can still fluctuate inside the case, especially during seasonal changes.

- Too little humidity can lead to a bulging top, string buzz, or even cracks.
Avoid placing your guitar near radiators, air conditioners, or windows with direct sunlight.
