Pack the instrument carefully
Use the original packaging and protect the guitar well for transit. Return it in the same condition you received it.
Ship within 14 days
Once you've informed us, you have 14 days to send the guitar back to us. We process your refund as soon as it arrives.

- Returns are possible for all standard instruments. Exceptions: custom orders and items made specifically for you.
- You only pay the return shipping — everything else is on us.
- If the instrument was only tried out to check its sound and playability and not used beyond that, you will receive a full refund.
