2We find the right candidates
Based on your description, we suggest specific instruments. We can play them on camera, record audio, and send you comparisons before you commit to anything.
3Your guitar is prepared and shipped
Our luthier sets up and checks the instrument. Packed in a Hiscox Pro II case, fully insured, all export documentation handled.

Play it at home. If it's not right, send it back within 14 days for a full refund. No pressure, no questions.
