Important: Additional costs such as import taxes and custom duties may occur when importing goods from the EU into your country.

Free shipping

Shipping within Germany is always free of charge. For all other destinations, shipping is free of charge for any guitar with an order value of 5,000 € or more (except Hanika and Adalid guitars, see below).

Free shipping within the EU (outside Germany)

The shipping cost is 0 € per guitar. Exception: For Hanika and Adalid guitars, shipping costs are 29.90 € per guitar.

Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland

The shipping cost is 39 € per guitar.

Shipping to Switzerland and Norway

The shipping cost is 39 € per guitar.

Shipping to United States

The shipping cost is 199 € per guitar.

Shipping to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Canada

The shipping cost is 395 € per guitar.

Shipping to all other countries

The shipping cost is 495 € per guitar.

Exceptions: Hanika and Adalid guitars

For guitars by Hanika and Adalid, shipping costs apply to all countries outside Germany, regardless of the order value.
