Each guitar is placed in a high-quality Hiscox Pro II case, known for its durability. The case is then secured in a specially designed shipping carton with internal cushioning for added protection against shocks, humidity, and temperature fluctuations.

Insurance and shipping

We work with trusted shipping providers selected based on more than ten years of experience in delivering classical guitars internationally. Each shipment is insured by the carrier, giving you added protection and peace of mind.

Documents and customs
