Antonius Müller

Antonius Müller (born 1960 in the Taunus region) is one of Germany’s leading luthiers, renowned for his innovative natural-material double-top design and over 40 years of masterful craftsmanship. After completing his training and co-founding Albert & Müller, he developed his own signature model that has become highly sought after by professional players worldwide. Since 2013, he has worked in his Aarbergen workshop, where he also trained his son Felix Müller. His guitars are celebrated for their power, balance, and refined German precision.

Antonius Müller – Guitar Maker

Born in 1960 in the Taunus region of Germany, Antonius Müller began his path in guitar making with specialized training from 1976 to 1979. In 1983, he passed the master craftsman examination and co-founded the renowned label Albert & Müller with Franz Ulrich Albert.

Since the mid-1990s, he has focused on refining his signature guitar model. In 2007, he introduced an innovative soundboard construction built entirely from natural materials – his own interpretation of the double-top design.

In 2013, Antonius Müller opened his workshop on Daisbacher Weg in Aarbergen, which soon evolved into a place of exceptional craftsmanship. There, he also trained his son, Felix Müller, continuing the family’s legacy in guitar making. With more than 40 years of experience, Antonius Müller is regarded as one of the foremost masters in contemporary guitar building. His instruments are celebrated worldwide for their quality, playability, and outstanding tonal characteristics.
