Adrian Heinzelmann is one of the most talented German luthiers of his generation. His guitars are of great finesse with an aesthetic that combines the Spanish tradition and the modernity for which German luthiers are universally recognized. His guitars are played by many brilliant teachers, soloists, and students, and have already proven themselves in major European concert halls.
His craftsmanship and the way Adrian Heinzelmann designs his soundboards are unique. Many narrow parallel trenches are carved in the inside of the spruce soundboard to optimize its weight and flexibility. This technique, combined with a lightweight lattice bracing, gives an instrument of great sensitivity and impressive volume. Playing Adrian Heinzelmann’ s guitar gives a feeling of confidence and pushes the guitarist to go beyond his limits.
This classy-looking guitar with a modern twist offers all the features that characterize a first-class classical guitar. Including an overall well-balanced sound in polyphonic music, a top-notch separation of voices, and a long sustain. On top of that, it offers a remarkable sound that is both sweet and bold at the same time. The pleasantly round neck, raised fingerboard, and responsive soundboard create a great playing feel and bring out the best that a classical guitarist expects from a master guitar. Due to a broken string, a small repair was performed under the bridge of this brand-new guitar, which was taken into account in the price.
It is fascinating what a full-bodied and sonorous character this Heinzelmann with 64 cm scale length possesses.
