Overview
Established in Lorient, France, François Leonard is making classical guitars since 18 years. In this time he had chance to learn from many makers in England. In Germany he worked at the Lakewood workshop.
Since a few years he's meeting and exchanging every year with acousticians to add scientific understanding to the intuitive part of the sound perception. The French tradition of making including Daniel Friederich and Dominique Field is among all what guided him in the aesthetic and structural aspect with double sides for example. The premium machine heads are made by Gotoh. Included is a Hiscox Pro II case.
