Lakewood ist eine der erfolgreichsten deutschen Gitarrenbaufirmen mit Sitz in Gießen. Das Unternehmen ist vor allem auf den Bau hochwertiger akustischer Gitarren spezialisiert, die zur Gänze in Deutschland produziert werden.
Bei dieser A-50 von 2014 handelt es sich um ein Custom-Modell in Auditorium-Bauform. Die Decke ist aus Fichte, Boden und Zargen sind aus wunderschön geflammtem Riegelahorn. Dieser verleiht der Gitarre einen feinen und gleichzeitig perkussiven Klang. Der Hals-Korpus-Übergang am zwölften Bund sorgt für angenehme Bespielbarkeit, perfekt für Fingerstyle-Künstler. Beim Strumming verbinden sich die perligen Klänge zu einem herrlich hellen Klangteppich. Durch die offene Fensterkopf-Bauweise erhalten die Höhen eine silbrige Note. Die Gitarre ist in exzellentem Zustand. Ein original Hiscox-Koffer ist inklusive.
