This Spezial II model by Armin Gropp was built in 2000. The top is made of spruce, back and sides are made of macassar. This model has a joined, open, carved headstock, marquetry inlay on back and bindings, ebony fingerboard, french polish finish, Sloane machine heads. Sound quality: clear, bright tone, good separation, even tone quality.
