Overview

The Premium models are unique instruments that are developed in cooperation with a selection of exceptional luthiers. These models are exclusively available at Siccas Guitars and are built with the finest Cites-certified Brazilian rosewood of premium quality. Due to its outstanding physical and tonal characteristics, this wood has been used in guitar building since the 19th century and is regarded as the most valuable and aesthetically appealing tonewood in guitar building.

Stefan Nitschke learned the art of guitar building under the guidance of Gerhard Oldiges. Over the last 15 years he has built a wide variety of instruments with a focus on aesthetics and tonal balance. The influence of the great masters of the 19th and 20th century, such as Antonio de Torres and Francisco Simplicio, can be found in the subtlety of the sound of his guitars and in the finesse of his skills.

It is a pure joy to play and admire this wonderful guitar, named "La Luella". By choosing highest quality and rare woods Stefan Nitschke has created a colorful and symphonic work of art.Back and sides are made of (CITES-certified) Brazilian rosewood varying in the nuances from dark chocolate to vivid orange. The fine-grained spruce top gives the guitar a wide, open sound. This guitar has a deep singing and silky bass paired with smooth and playful trebles. The great general playability of this instrument adds once again to the pleasure of the guitarist. As a result, this vivid guitar is splendid both in its construction as well as in elegance and depth of its tone. A true concert guitar that will inspire many years to come.

Stefan Nitschke 2020 - Purple Ash & Prel 3 by Villa-Lobos

While this guitar is sold, these are ready for you

  • Classical Guitars

The classical guitar, with its soft nylon strings and characteristic timbre, has become a symbol of chamber music, Spanish tradition, and concert repertoire. Its modern form was shaped by Antonio de Torres in the 19th century, setting the standard for the body, fan bracing, and the 65-centimeter scale length that are still used today. Instruments in this category open up a rich palette from the refined Romantic miniatures of Tárrega to the majestic concertos of Rodrigo. Here you will find guitars that preserve historical continuity and at the same time inspire new interpretations.
