Stephen Hill is an English guitar maker based in Granada, Spain. In his inspiring career, he evolved from a talented flamenco guitarist to one of the most exciting and best builders of Spanish guitars on the market today. His inspiration came from legendary guitar makers and legendary guitarists with whom he built close relationships and friendships. Among others, one can mention Antonio Marin Montero, Paco Pena, Manuel Reyes, etc. Stephen Hill crafts fantastic Spanish guitars but shares his passion and knowledge with some talented students, from whom we have also received some very skillfully worked guitars.

Stephen Hill has spent most of his career perfecting the art of traditional guitar building, and his most recent venture into double-top instruments showcases his exceptional ability to adapt and excel in new construction methods. The natural-sounding tone of this instrument is imposing, offering a rich and powerful sound enhanced by the double-top construction.
