Vincent Humml is a German luthier from the new generation. Having started his apprenticeship as a plucked instrument maker nine years ago, he studied guitar making in Markneukirchen and refined his skills during various internships and workshops. He established his workshop in Chemnitz, Germany, after receiving the very demanding “Meister” title in lutherie in 2019. Vincent’s guitars have a modern construction and pure aesthetics. He successfully uses the double-top technique to build traditional-sounding guitars with immense power yet a rich and elegant sound. Richness and elegance are also evident in the look of his instrument. His design is pure and refined, always precisely built and tasteful. Vincent belongs to the few elite luthiers of the new generation that do not compromise with quality, as witnessed by the Scheller tuners, immaculate French polish, and 1a wood qualities.
