Overview
Yvo Haven is a Dutch very talented luthier located in Amsterdam. Formerly a computer engineer, he now devotes himself to making classical and flamenco guitars. He trained with the renowned luthier Pablo Requena. The result is simply incredible, and his guitars are of very high quality. The French-Polish is excellent and the craftsmanship impeccable.
The combination of a cedar soundboard and a spruce traditional bracing gives the instrument a great softness and a clear precise sound at the same time. The playability is splendid for both the left and right hand. This instrument leaves the guitarist great freedom allowing to approach all the repertoires. Moreover, the sound volume is generous, and the general aesthetics absolutely charming.
