Description
Originating from Canada, John Ray came to Granada in 1989 to learn the profession of a guitar maker. He was able to learn a lot from the local luthiers, especially from the German guitar builder Rolf Eichinger, who had emigrated to Granada as well, to commit himself to guitar making. Furthermore, John restored a lot of guitars made by great masters, as for example Miguel Rodriguez, Vicente Arias, Manuel Ramirez and Salvador Ibañez. Today his guitars are well known among professional guitar players.
This wonderful guitar built by John Ray has a fantastic Spanish character with deep basses and sining refined trebles. The sound compares to Spanish guitars of a much higher value. When inspecting the guitar, the build quality is great with nifty details that enhances the overall impression of the instrument. If you are looking for a true Spanish concert guitar this one is for you.
