Overview

This is a very fine Andreas Kirschner guitar with spruce top, made in 2009. Andreas' guitars are professional level classical concert instruments that are comfortable to play. This guitar is built with an elevated fingerboard which not only changes the way that strings pull on the board, giving a firm and positive attack, but it also makes playing in the upper register more comfortable. But also the shape of the neck and the thickness of the fingerboard make it easy to play. Another feature is the soundport in the upper bout sides near the heel that increases the air flow through the body which lets the soundboard move more freely. These hole not only increase the presence of the sound for the player but also add to the volume, clarity, openness and depth for the listener. Back and sides are made of well matured Indian rosewood. The spruce of the top is seasoned at least 15 years and has also a French-polish. The tone is very rich and combined with clarity. Overall condition is very good condition. The tuners are made by Graf. Comes with a Hiscox Pro II case.
