Overview
Antonio Marín Montero was born in Granada in 1933. In 1957, he joined master Pérez’ workshop and two years later, in 1959, his father advised him to visit Eduardo Ferrer. Today Antonio Marin Montero is one of the most sought after Granadinian guitar maker.
This new guitar was started in 2017 and finished in 2018. The top is made of spruce, back and sides are made of Indian rosewood. The sound is very open and warm, with very nice trebles and deep basses. This guitar has all the qualities of sound that Antonio Marin Montero worked on and improved throughout his long career. It is a great instrument for recordings, concerts and competitions. The tuning machines are made by Rubner. It has a French polish finish. A hard-shell case is included.
