Today, he resides in the picturesque Blue Mountains, located west of Sydney. Each year, Kim creates only a limited series of top-tier guitars. His unique designs are inspired by the "Australian School" of guitar crafting. Characteristically, his masterpieces boast a lattice structure and an arched back, leading to an impressive projection, crystal-clear sound quality, and enduring sustain.
The 2018 model by Kim Lissarrague, bearing the serial number 300, is the first we've encountered with a spruce top. It truly is a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
