Overview
The design of Oren Myers' guitars and the construction methods he uses fall into the broad category of "traditional" guitars. Although he works within established parameters, he does not copy any particular guitar maker or construction method. Each tonewood is unique and therefore the exact thickness of the components of each guitar is adjusted accordingly. The body shape is the result of his plantilla and the decorative elements of the guitars are also created by him.
The head is inspired by the lines of a painting by Picasso, "Woman with yellow hair", and the rosette is inspired by the motif of an antique Greek vase, which is housed in the British Museum. When playing this gorgeous instrument, one will experience a fast response with a refined and coreful tone that fills the entire room.
