Overview

Rafal Turkowiak was born in Golanice near Leszno, Poland, on 9 January 1966. His father, a carpenter, and grandfather, a wheelwright, greatly influenced him in the field of carpentry and wood technology. Twenty years of guitar-making and experimenting with a very scientific and modern approach brought him to develop construction concepts improving the guitar’s resonance: the “WAVE” structure.

This exclusive 64cm guitar showcases an eye-catching arched back made from exceptional Vavona Burl. The meticulously crafted spruce top, reinforced with carbon fiber in a light lattice bracing pattern, ensures remarkable responsiveness and feather-light weight.

Inside the neck lies the renowned "Acoustic tube" that elevates the guitar's resonance, delivering an unmatched sonic experience. With the Black Diamond, producing a room-filling tone requires only minimal effort from the player's right hand, making it a delight to play. • Classical Guitars

The classical guitar, with its soft nylon strings and characteristic timbre, has become a symbol of chamber music, Spanish tradition, and concert repertoire. Its modern form was shaped by Antonio de Torres in the 19th century, setting the standard for the body, fan bracing, and the 65-centimeter scale length that are still used today. Instruments in this category open up a rich palette from the refined Romantic miniatures of Tárrega to the majestic concertos of Rodrigo. Here you will find guitars that preserve historical continuity and at the same time inspire new interpretations.
