Overview
Antonio Marín Montero was born in Granada in 1933. In 1957, he joined master Pérez’ workshop and two years later, in 1959, his father advised him to visit Eduardo Ferrer. Today Antonio Marin Montero is one of the most sought after Granadinian guitar maker.
This flamenco model was built at the very beginning of 2018 and is numbered 868. It has a very light and resonant spruce top. Back and sides are made from very thinly worked cypress, in the Spanish tradition. This guitar is light, responsive and has a characteristic old cypress tone. It is a very fine flamenco guitar and a beautifully singing instrument. A hard-shell case is included.
