Overview
Francisco Muñoz is one of the most outstanding guitar makers of the newer Spanish generation. Based in the historic city of Granada, the hometown of many important guitar makers and source of inspiration for guitarists for many generations, Francisco Munoz gained international recognition for his outstanding work at the 2nd International "Antonio Marin Montero" Guitar Making Competition, for which he was awarded the first prize.
This guitar, inspired by both his Spanish teachers and the famous French luthier Daniel Friederich, is the epitome of excellence when it comes to cedar top guitars. It has a warm and generous sound that is both powerful and refined. One can immediately see the reasons why Francisco received the award at the prestigious guitar competition. The particularly round and intensive sound character is really impressive. The playing comfort for the left hand is also top-notch, allowing the guitarist to express himself to the full extent of his abilities. A must-have for any guitarist who is a fan of the warm sound of red cedar and the Spanish guitar making tradition.
