Rafal Turkowiak was born in Golanice near Leszno, Poland, on 9 January 1966. His father, a carpenter, and grandfather, a wheelwright, greatly influenced him in the field of carpentry and wood technology. Twenty years of guitar-making and experimenting with a very scientific and modern approach brought him to develop construction concepts improving the guitar’s resonance: the “WAVE” structure.
This "Queen of Guitars - Black Diamond" No. 548 is an incredible instrument by the Rafal Turkowiak, a defining model of 2023, that elevates the art of guitar crafting. This exclusive 65 cm guitar showcases an eye-catching arched back made from exceptional flamed Eucalytus. The meticulously crafted spruce top, reinforced with carbon fiber in a light lattice bracing pattern, ensures remarkable responsiveness and feather-light weight.
